Calprotectin high no diagnosis as yet. Help

Hi, I’ve always had stomach issues. Where it kicks off and I have to go to the toilet instantly. Last year I had a flare up lasting 3 weeks and my calprotectin was 1500 and failed a fit test so I was referred under 2 week rule. I thought I was getting a colonoscopy but they did a ct scan and said all was fine. No further tests. Fast forward a year and the same thing happened again. Flare up lasting 3 weeks and this time my calprotectin was 3070. I’m now getting a colonoscopy on Tuesday. Just worried they’ll say it’s nothing again. could it be chrohns or OC? stressing myself out. I’m finding it really difficult as I have a job where I can’t just dash off to the toilet when my stomach kicks off.
