IBD symptoms

Hi guys I have right sided abdominal pain and burning, diarrhea day and night,fatigue, bleeding, bloating hot sweats or chills, and a swelling above right side rib, I can hardly eat anything, I'm going through the testing process a stool test was positive and blood, does this sound like IBD, I really am struggling to cope with all these symptoms I had my gallbladder removed a year ago and since then my symptoms have gotten progressively worse, I'm waiting for another appointment at the minute too I really need help to know how you guys cope with the symptoms thanks everyone
