I have no appetite and don't feel hungry. Don't know what to eat as everything goes right through me. Evan plain easy foods. Still waiting on IBD diagnosis.

I can recommend ginger and/or peppermint tea to drink and then sometimes that would help me feel a little better and then I could stomach some unsweetened stewed apples and then sometimes some mashed potato. Gentle soups are good too. I hope you get your diagnosis and feel better soon.

I have found that during a flare-up, it is hard for me to find something I can eat, and I do get very hungry. I drink warm liquid Jell-O. Sugar Free would probably be better, but I use the regular. There is a little bit of protein in it. That and tea is all I try the first entire day. Second day, I try hot cereal or mashed potatoes. Stay POSITIVE! It is hard, I know.

thank you for sharing! I recently saw Starburst flavored jell-o in my food store and it looked so good. Do you have a favorite flavor? Sending those positive thoughts back you way. Warmly, Erin (team member)

I favor orange or grape, but I will drink whatever I have. It sounds so odd, but I do recommend it to others. I love my sweets, so just tea doesn't always satisfy me.
