This is the first time I am accessing the forum. I suffer from IBS and could use advice and understanding in my plight. Unless you suffer from this or something else like it then you just cannot understand. I just wanted to say hello to the community and that I am new here.

, and welcome! I'm so glad that you introduced yourself and am glad that you found our community here. It can be very hard for those not living with it to truly understand a chronic condition like this.
Do you suffer from IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) or IBS (inflammatory bowel syndrome)?
