Vedolizumab not working
Last friday I got my second dosis of Vedolizumab and since then I' ve been feeling even worse: more times to the toilet, more Blood and Even more pain. Has anyone gone through the dame, getting worse with the infusión? How long does Vedolizumab takes to work? Im so desperate, I cant even play with my 5 year od daughter. Its verte hard to live like this.

It's possible what you're experiencing is normal and part of adjusting to the medication, but it is important to keep your doctor appraised of worsening symptoms, especially when you're starting a new medication. generally up to 14 weeks for Vedo to work I'm afraid. Hope you see some improvement in symptoms real soon!

I know how frustrating it can be. Hang in there. Give it at least two weeks to see how things go. In the meantime, don't be afraid to ask for help with your 5 year old. It is so important you rest as much as you can. I know that's easier said than done, but I know sometimes I forget to even consider asking for help. Big hugs, Elizabeth (team member)
