"Hi, I have had Crohns Disease for over 40 years, I have a scarred Liver from the Crohns, and I have Asthma. I have had 4 feet of intestine removed. I am having trouble absorbing Vitamin D3, I take 5,000 IU tablets, eight each day. I take Iron IV , one month after stopping Iron, I fall back to below normal range, and I take Magesium, but my Nutritionist wants me in the 5.5 to 6.0 for Magnesium value Magnesium RBC, I take 7 Magnesium tablets a day 100% chelated with traacs.. Any advise to help absorb these supplements better into my system?"
