My anxiety is getting worse as I get older. I can’t leave my apartment some days. There’s nothing in particular that worries me. I have “unsituational anxiety “ that just comes whenever it wants. I meditate, breathing apps work best, I do art daily, it really brings peace. I’m currently prescribed Citalopram 40mg /day. My doctor won’t go any higher in the dose. He won’t prescribe a PRN (as needed) medication either, like Ativan or anything similar. Anyone else in the same boat as I am? Or any advice , any natural supplement suggestions? I’ll try anything!
