I don't know if you have spoken to a rheumatologist, but they are specialists who have received several years of additional training in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disease and systemic autoimmune conditions. I'm pretty familiar with these symptoms and treatments, as my wife, Kelly, was diagnosed with autoimmune juvenile idiopathic arthritis at age two, 45 years ago.
