Bismuth subsalicylate

I'm having some relief with bismuth subsalicylate tablets, just one or two a day depending on how I'm going.
Anyone else use these?

  1. Ah, OK... I suffer from acephalgic migraine, which is a type of migraine where you get all the symptoms but not the headache. Since taking the tablets I've gone from one every few weeks to daily attacks. I had the same thing during chemotherapy.

I'll probably continue with the medication though. it's worth an hours blurred vision every day.

  2. I haven't heard of this before. Is this similar to pepto bismal? -Elizabeth (team member)

  3. Apparently so.
